Since all licenses are delivered digitally and activated online, traditional returns are not applicable. However, we maintain a clear and customer-friendly support and resolution policy to ensure trust and satisfaction.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved under the following conditions:
The license key was not delivered within 24 hours after successful payment.
The key provided is invalid or non-functional, and our support team is unable to activate or replace it.
The delivered product is significantly different from what was ordered.
Reporting Window
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Claims made after this period may not qualify for support or resolution.
Resolution Guarantee
We offer a 7-day resolution period from the date of purchase. If a valid concern is raised within this timeframe, customers may be eligible for:
A full refund (if applicable)
A replacement key
Store credit equal to the purchase value
Replacement and Store Credit Conditions
If a refund cannot be processed, we may offer:

Non-Refundable & Non-Replacable Scenarios
Refunds, replacements, or store credits will not be provided in the following cases:
The key has already been successfully activated
The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
The concern is raised after the 7-day resolution period
The issue is due to user error (e.g., purchasing the wrong version, using unsupported hardware/software)
The buyer chooses to cancel after receiving the product
